When I first got my SLK 350 I found I was driving very carefully, as lots of people told me that, because of the power, I could lose the back end if I wasn’t careful. After a few weeks I felt it was stupid to own a performance car and drive like I was, so decided to do something about it.

I am so very pleased I discovered Total Car Control and Ivan, who taught me to be safe and have fun in my car. I had a day split between Millbrook and on the road, which was a fantastic experience. Ivan is a calm, knowledgeable and clear tutor and I am, without doubt, a better/safer driver now. Being able to understand what my car can do has given me confidence in both my own and the car’s ability.

I can’t believe how many bad drivers there are on the road, and I didn’t really notice before! The guidance on how to influence other drivers’ behaviour has been invaluable. Every day I strive for my space bubble – difficult in London at times! I am happier and safer now and absolutely adore driving my car.
